Huang Baoxu, Chief Scientist and Vice Director of China Animal Health and Epidemiology Center, Director of OIE Public Health and Epidemiology Collaboration Center, Deputy Secretary General of Committee of Experts of National Animal Epidemic Disease Prevention and National Committee for Standardization of Animal Epidemic Prevention Technology, Editor of China Animal Quarantine. He published more than 10 books, such as Veterinary Epidemiology.
