Chen Shiyou

She serves as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Investment Management Committee of China International Capital Corporation Limited. Previously, she served as a director of Credit Suisse First Boston. She has more than twenty years of experiences in private equity investment and investment banks. Ms. Chen founded CICC’s private equity investment and fund platform and created a number of domestic and foreign PE, VC, M&A, real estate funds and parent funds. CICC currently manages RMB 300 billion of private equity funds at home and abroad. Ms. Chen won the top 10 private equity investors in China in 2011, 2013 and 2015, and was named as an outstanding investor “Top 100 in Investment” in 2016.
