Vincent Martin

He has been working international development affairs related to veterinary public health, food security and agriculture development for the last 25 years and joined the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations（FAO）in 1998. Before the FAO Office in China, he served as FAO Representative in Senegal and Head of the Regional Resilience Team for the West Africa/ Sahel, dealing with regional food security and health related crisis. Dr. Martin holds the doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine, a Diploma in epidemiology and statistics, an MSc in livestock Production in tropical regions as well as a Ph.D. in Agronomic Sciences and Biological Engineering.
